Project Coordination From Start to Finish. ADAPTIV is on site starting with pre-event walk-throughs to learn the venue. The first day of site access our team is present for deliveries, marking out structures, compounds, laydown areas and starting construction. Project management works with the client to manage installation schedules and timelines, integrating with other vendors for a seamless installation. During the event, the team provides site response prior to the doors opening, confirming temporary facilities, services, furniture, fixtures and equipment are set and in good working order. After the doors open, the team is on call for repairs should something happen and can oversee that all vendors fulfill their work scope and that operations and services remain uninterrupted. Post-event, our team carefully manages the load out timeline to ensure smooth transition of the site back to its original condition.
